Script for setting up image sharing with cloud recovery servers to be deprecated

The ims_system_config.py script is being deprecated. This script is used to set up the NetBackup image sharing server. (This server is also called the cloud recovery server (CRS).)

Starting with NetBackup 10.4, you must use MSDP cloud APIs to integrate with new cloud features.

The ims_system_config.py script is still available in NetBackup 10.4 but without the new cloud features. The script will be removed in a future release.
