- CIFS share created on Access Appliance 8.x version may not be accessible if all the virtual IPs are on a VLAN device

Factory reset fails on a deleted node with a storage-related error even if you opt not to reset the storage configuration
The factory reset fails with the following error even if the Reset storage configuration option is set to No:
[Error] V-409-889-30011: Storage controller is not connected to this appliance node(s) .

Workaround:
To resolve this issue, complete the steps described in the 100066886 article, and then perform a factory reset.
