The NetBackup client add-on package is not automatically installed on the node when the node is deleted from the cluster and then added to the cluster again.
If you remove a node from the cluster, and then add it back to the cluster after performing a factory reset, the add-ons installed on the other cluster node are not synched automatically to the added node.

Workaround:
Install the required add-on by running the system software install update command on any one of the cluster nodes. When you run this command, the system detects the node where the add-on is not installed and installs the required add-on only on that node.
For example, from the Access Appliance shell menu run the system software install-update update-name=VRTSaccess-app-ADDON-NBUClient-9.0.0.1-1.0.1-1.x86_64.rpm command to install the NetBackup client add-on.
