OpenStorage destination options for recovery

The OpenStorage destination options for recovery are used only when you are locally recovering a computer using the Veritas System Recovery Disk. The following table describes the options on the OpenStorage Destination dialog box.

The OpenStorage File Selection dialog box is displayed.

Based on the logical storage unit that you select, all available recovery points are listed. In Select the recovery points (*.v2i) that you want to restore, select the recovery points.

For the local recovery of computer using the Veritas System Recovery Disk, in the Filename option, lets you select only one .v2i, .iv2i file and for System, you can select only one .sv2i file.
