Description

Valid for Exchange Journaling and Mailbox custom filtering only.

When MoveOnFilterFailure is enabled (1), the archiving task moves messages that the external filter cannot handle to the Failed External Filter folder in the associated mailbox. See the Setting up Exchange Server Archiving guide.
