Answer: The Unassigned Legacy account is a catch-all account that is automatically created for your organization. An email message is assigned to the Unassigned Legacy account if the message contains the domain for your organization but does not belong to an active user account. The Unassigned Legacy account ensures that all email messages that are sent to your domain are archived in Enterprise Vault.cloud.
