SYNOPSIS
Firmware Status
Firmware Update
DESCRIPTION
Use the Status command to obtain a firmware status of hardware components such as the RAID controller, BIOS, hard disk drives, PCIe cards, and Expansion I/O module.
Use the Update command to update the firmware.
A firmware update must be performed during a maintenance window as a system restart is required. NetBackup Appliance applications must be turned off during a firmware update operation. Administrators should plan accordingly.
