License Info
Creating a subscription in Microsoft Graph requires one of the following licenses:
Microsoft 365 E5/A5/G5
Microsoft 365 E5/A5/G5 Compliance
Microsoft 365 E5/A5/G5/F5 Security
Microsoft 365 E5/A5/G5 Information Protection and Governance
For pricing and licensing different subscriptions are required:
In evaluation mode, seeded capacity is shared across all APIs
Model A is for E5 customers
In case of detecting a user with an improper licensing or other payment issues, the Microsoft Teams API call fails to fetch the data. Hence, conversations will be captured when at least one of the participants has the proper Microsoft 365 licensing and has no payment issues.
