Creating Administrative Role for the User Manager Service Account
To create the account:
- Go to https://admin.google.com and click Account > Admin roles.
- Click CREATE A NEW ROLE.
- Name the new role and click CONTINUE.
- Expand Users, select Read and click CONTINUE.
- Review the privileges and click CREATE ROLE.
- To assign the role to a user, go to https://admin.google.com and click Users, then click the user that you want to assign the role to.
- Select Admin roles and privileges.
- Click the Edit button, assign a role, and click Save.
- Go to https://console.developers.google.com/ and click ENABLE APIS AND SERVICES. API Library will be open.
- Search and enable Admin SDK and Google Drive APIs.
