Configure Process exporter

Process exporter is an open-source Prometheus exporter and it collects metrics from pre-specified processes of a Linux machine. It consists of a single collector and derives the metrics for specific processes from /proc location by default. The exporter is exposed on port 9256 with path /metrics. Since running the Process exporter without any configuration enables all of its default collectors, no specific configuration is required for the exporter.
