Determining whether Operations Manager is installed and configured successfully
Perform the following procedure to test whether Operations Manager has been installed and configured successfully.
To determine whether Operations Manager is installed and configured successfully
- From the Windows Start menu select Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services Manager
- Check whether the following are true:
The Application pools node contains an EnterpriseVaultMonitoring application pool.
The Default Web Site node contains a MonitoringWebApp website.
If the application pool and website are present, then Operations Manager is successfully configured. You can continue troubleshooting access to the Operations Manager Configuration utility.

Otherwise, Operations Manager is not configured successfully. You need to run or rerun the Operations Manager Configuration utility.
