Explanation: An active license of a different edition is already present. In the case of conflicting licenses, when you add a new license and remove a conflicting license, the active license is removed, and the expired license is added. In that case, the user doesn't have any active license present.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Make sure that the license is not expired and renew the license before you add a new license.
