Explanation: This error message appears when the server fails to find the input secret key of the user account in server database. The secret key is shared secret between the authenticator application and NetBackup. It is shown in the form of QR code on screen.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
This error is only seen in the case of direct web API execution. If you see this error in regular operation, Veritas recommends that you review the multifactor authentication status of that user account.
