Explanation: This error message appears when user fails to configure multifactor authentication.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Determine if the user account has already registered multifactor authentication or if the input secret key is valid. The secret key is shared secret between the authenticator application and NetBackup. It is shown in the form of QR code on screen.
