The pre-upgrade check fails with Veritas Data Deduplication storage pool size check failed error message when upgrading to version 8.1
Access Appliance 8.1 requires 0.5 GB of RAM to be available on each node for every 1 TB of Veritas Data Deduplication storage pool. The error message is displayed if insufficient system memory is detected while upgrading from version 7.4.3.x or from version 8.0 and later with appliance not having access to internet.
