- Getting help
An episodic replication job gets disabled/paused after a replace node operation if the management console node is restarted and the replication IP fails over to the newly added node
After a replace node operation, if the management console node is restarted and the replication IP fails over to the newly added node, the episodic replication jobs that were originally in an enabled state before the replace node operation go into a disabled state.
Additionally, if the management console node is restarted causing the management console and episodic replication IPs to come online on the other node, the episodic replication jobs that were originally in an enabled state on the previous node, go into the paused state.
(IA-46117)
Workaround:
Re-enable the jobs that were previously in the enabled state:
replication> episodic job enable <job_name>
Check the status of the job:
replication> episodic job show
If the job is in the paused state, run the following command:
replication> episodic job resume <job_name>
