- Getting help
Unable to clear Appliance alerts
If Veritas Data Deduplication memory usage has reached its maximum limit, the following alert appears:
The memory usage of the Veritas Data Deduplication service has reached {} of total {} RAM on node {}. Go to Settings > Veritas Data Deduplication and restart the service.
If you try to suppress any other alert after you get the deduplication memory alert, the alert gets cleared from GUI but not from the Appliance database. You continue to receive emails for raised alerts even after they are suppressed.
(IA-46195)
Workaround:
Retry the operation after the deduplication memory alert is resolved.
