CFT-3343

This fix resolved the issue where the LDAP users attempt to click on the Processing tab, and receives the error - Unable to access this case because either a backup, restore, upgrade, or recovery is in progress or the case has been archived or deleted.

CFT-3509

This fix resolved the issue where debug logs of only the mentioned package are shown.

System Administration

CFT-3021

This fix resolved the MySQL DB Password Inconsistency Issue.

CFT-3392

The fix resolved the issue where user was unable to add all the available legal holds to the access groups as these legal holds are not displayed. When customer wants to create a new access group, only certain number of legal holds are available to be picked from the legal holds tab.

CFT-3324

This enhancement improved the performance of all processing (Cases, Templates, Backups, and Archives) tabs. If required, you can configure the following properties by using System > Support Features > Property Browser:

  • esa.common.backup.backupManager.parallelIteratorsForCases

  • esa.common.backup.backupManager.parallelIteratorsForBackups

Identification and Collection

CFT-2699

The display of Enterprise Vault Archive count and size was incorrect on the screen System > Directories and Servers > Veritas Enterprise Vault > Enterprise Vault Discovery Results. This fix resolved the Enterprise Vault archive count and size when the archive is disabled.

CFT-3368

This fix resolved an issue where multiple keyword lines create separate keyword search entries in the Enterprise Vault Collection Task.

Legal Hold

CFT-3182

This fix resolved a scrolling issue specific to the IE browser. Users were unable to scroll up or down whenever the number of items were unable to fit in 540px. The scroll bar was not visible to scroll up and down the survey questions.

CFT-3496

This fix resolved an issue where the access groups are now visible to users during creating a New Legal Hold or editing the existing one.

Processing and Post Processing

CFT-2238

This fix resolved the issue where some emails are not indexed because of the big header size.

CFT-3459

The PSTCrawler service no longer functions correctly. This fix resolved the issue where the indexer indicates a failure.

Search and Review

CFT-3275

This fix resolved an issue where user can add multiple search terms in the Advanced search field, and these multiple search terms are now getting separated.

CFT-3061

This enhancement improved the Journal Identification Process for Bloomberg Messages.

CFT-3090

This fix resolved the Tag icon display issue. After restoring any case, users need to restart the services. However, the Tag icon was getting displayed on the user interface after restarting the services. The Tag icon is not displayed on the user interface now.

CFT-3326

With this fix, users can now search data in the Analysis & Review tab.

CFT-3349

This fix resolved an issue with the Text Review mode, where a user can see entire CC list with the slide bar.

CFT-3494

This fix resolved a space typing issue when a user types multiple words in a review comment for any of the tags.

This fix resolved a console error issue when users save the LFI Template.
