Add/Edit Exclude rule for Scanner options
Use this dialog box to add a new exclude rule for scanner to Data Insight or to edit the an existing exclude rule.

Field | Description |

Rule name | Enter a logical name for the Exclude rule. |
Exclude Patterns | When defining a CIFS file system rule, specify the name of the folder to exclude as For Isilon CIFS shares, the absolute path should be: \\filer\acesszone@share\path When defining a SharePoint rule, enter the URL of the SharePoint web application or the site. When defining an Object Storage rule ( for Amazon S3): \\deviceName\account\path, /folderName When defining Cloud rule for OneDrive or Box: \\deviceName\account\path, /folderName Use of * as a wildcard is allowed. |
Rule is enabled | Select the radio button to enable the rule and the radio button to disable it. |
