Deleting NetBackup administrator user accounts

NetBackup Virtual Appliance administrators can use the following procedure to delete NetBackup administrator user accounts.

To delete a NetBackup administrator user account

  1. Open an SSH session on the appliance.
  2. Log on as admin.
  3. Enter the following command to delete a user account:

    Main > Manage > NetBackupCLI > Delete UserName

    Where UserName is the name of an existing user account. In addition, you can only delete one user account at a time.

    After the user account is deleted, a confirmation message appears that states the user account was deleted successfully.
