Enhancement in configuring replication
Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager (VIOM) now offers an enhancement in Veritas Volume Replication (VVR) configuration that allows for volume replication to be set up with a single click in a single wizard.
Previously, configuring VVR required three separate operations: creating a primary, adding a secondary, and starting replication. However, with the new update in VIOM, VVR configuration can now be completed with a single click in a single wizard.
You can now set up replication by creating a primary and secondary configuration from within a single wizard pane directly from the Management Server console. Replication can be configured either in the context of databases or disk groups.
