About the Reset Mailbox(es) option
When you select one or more mailboxes and then select from the right-click menu, the Run Now dialog appears. The dialog includes a check box. which you should always keep unchecked unless you are advised otherwise.
Note:
Never select the check box unless Veritas Services & Support advise you to do so. Do not use the option simply because a mailbox encountered errors while processing.
If the option is selected when you click on the Run Now dialog, the Run Now operation executes a reset on all of the selected mailboxes. The next time that Folder Sync processes a reset mailbox, the mailbox is processed as if for the first time.
