Support for agentless recovery to switch to instant access

With agentless restore, a user can only recover files from the partitions that were cataloged in the backup. This release adds the ability to "switch" to the instant access method for recovery. This way, if a user does not see the files that they want to recover, they can use instant access instead. This feature requires that the selected recovery point supports instant access recovery.
