Hotword analysis error handling

For searches where the hotword analysis has failed for some reason, the Search Details pane displays an additional tab named Hotword Analysis Errors.

You must have the Search Capture permission to view the Hotword Analysis Errors tab.

This tab provides the following information:

Discovered Item ID

Specifies the ID of an individual item that you want to analyze. To determine the ID of an item, view the item in the Review pane.

Status

Shows the current status of the search in each archive.

For items for which the hotword analysis fails at the first attempt, Compliance Accelerator marks the discovered item as Temporarily Failed. Compliance Accelerator then tries to perform hotword analysis on the item up to ten times. If the hotword analysis fails after ten retries, Compliance Accelerator marks the status as Permanently Failed.

Archive

Shows the name of the archive that Compliance Accelerator has searched.

Information

Provides the details of the errors that occurred.

The Retry Failed Items option appears if Compliance Accelerator finds all hotword analysis error items with status as Permanently Failed. Click Retry Failed Items to retry the hotword analysis for all the failed items manually.

Click Refresh to update the displayed status.

To download the error details as a comma-separated value (CSV) file, click Download All Errors. The downloaded file is created with the file name of Search_SearchName_HotwordAnalysisErrors.csv.
