Configuring additional AD/LDAP servers for managing NetBackup services/Universal Shares/Instant Access
You can configure only one AD server with the type as Universal Shares/Instant Access. But if you want to configure multiple AD/LDAP servers, use the following procedure.
To configure additional AD/LDAP servers
- Go to the Appliance GUI > Settings > Directory Services management tab.
- Click Add. Select one of the following options as per your requirement:
Manage universal shares/Instant Access
Manage NetBackup services
- Provide the server details. Click Save.
- Once the server configuration operation is successful, the server appears in the list with the specified usage.
