Week at a Glance Detail report
In the Week at a Glance report, you can drill down from the Client Name column to know the job details that are associated with the client in the selected week. You can also click on a job icon to see job details for the selected day for the specific client.
Figure: Week at a Glance Detail report shows a sample view of the Week at a Glance Details report that is obtained by clicking the Client Name column in Week at a Glance report.
You can click a Job Primary ID to view skipped file details for the job. A new drilldown report named Skip File Details has been added.

You can edit the report to show or hide the columns that you are interested in. All the columns are shown by default. You can also filter the report to show jobs for a specific product or master server.
The following table shows the filters for Week at a Glance Details report and how you can use these filters to view specific data in the report.

Master Server | Master Server | Select one or more master servers to view data for the selected master servers in the report. All master servers that are added to the OpsCenter console are shown in the Value dropdown list. |
Media Server | Media Server | Select one or more media servers to view data for the specific media servers in the report. All media servers that are attached to the master servers in the OpsCenter console are shown in the Value dropdown list.. |
Client | Client Name Client OS | Select one or more clients to view data for the selected clients in the report. All clients that are protected by the master servers in the OpsCenter console are listed. Select one or more client OS to view data for the selected client OS in the report. |
Policy | Policy Data Classification Name Policy Keyword Policy Name Policy Type | Select one or more policy data classification names like Gold, Silver, Bronze etc. to view data for the policies having the selected data classiciation names. Example of filter usage: You may run the Week at a Glance Details report for a specific policy to view backup details for the specific policy. Further if you are interested in knowing about the status of say only Full schedule types, you can use the Schedule filter and select Full.
The following enhancements have been made in the Week at a Glance Details report:
The Job Primary ID column in the Week at a Glance Details report is now a link and you can drill down to Skip File Details report. Use the Skip File Details report to view the skipped files that are associated with a job.
The Master Server OS column has been removed from the Master Server filter.
The Media Server OS column has been removed from the Media Server filter.
The Client Architecture column has been removed from the Client filter.
The Policy Domain column has been removed from the Policy filter.
The Job Type, Job Transport Type, and Product Type columns have been added to the Job filter. You can now filter this report on the basis of job type, job transport type or product type.
The Agent Server and Job State columns have been removed from the Job filter.
