Starting acsssi manually
This method is not the recommended method to start acsssi. Normally, acsd starts acsssi.
Before you can start acsssi manually, you must configure the CSI_HOSTNAME environment variable. The following is a Bourne shell example:
CSI_HOSTNAME=einstein export CSI_HOSTNAME /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/acsssi 13741 &
Use the following procedure to start acsssi.
To start acsssi
- Start the event logger, acssel.
- Start acsssi. The format is acsssi socket_name.
