Exchange Mailbox Archiving Status report

This Enterprise Vault Reporting report shows the archiving status of each mailbox for the specified Microsoft Exchange Server or provisioning group.

Table: Report input parameters shows the parameters that you specify for this report.

Parameter

Lets you do this

Site Name

Select the Enterprise Vault site.

Mailboxes for

Select Exchange Server or Provisioning Group.

Name

Select a server or a provisioning group. The available options depend on what is selected in "Mailboxes for". The list for a provisioning group includes an option to select Unspecified.

Archiving State

Select <ALL>, Enabled, Disabled, or Never Enabled. The list displays only those options applying to the current archiving states.

Sorting on column

Select a report table column to sort on.

Sort Direction

Select either Ascending or Descending to set the sort direction for the column on which you are sorting.

Table: Report output shows the information that the report provides for each mailbox.

Description

Mailbox Name

The name of the mailbox for which the information is provided.

Archiving State

Enabled, Disabled or Never Enabled.

Mailbox Type

User mailbox or Journal mailbox.

Provisioning Target

The provisioning target.

Provisioning Group

The provisioning group for the mailbox, if Exchange Server was selected.

Mailbox Server

The mailbox server, if Provisioning Group was selected.

At the bottom of the table, the total number of mailboxes is shown.
