Disabling the Windows Search Service on the Compliance Accelerator server
If the Windows Search Service is running on the Compliance Accelerator server, it can sometimes prevent Compliance Accelerator from exporting items for offline review. We therefore recommend that you disable the service, as described in the following article on the Veritas Support website:
https://www.veritas.com/docs/100028814
You can disable the service altogether or you can partially disable it by excluding selected folders from indexing, such as the Windows Temp and Compliance Accelerator export folders.
