Oracle Axiom Series
General Information
This information is provided to help you use NetBackup for NDMP with the Axiom system.

Access Configuration
NDMP settings should be checked on the Oracle Axiom system and verified to correspond to the NetBackup defined configuration. From the Axiom Storage Manager GUI, navigate to

To manually detect locally attached tape devices on the Axiom system, use the Axiom Storage Manager GUI to navigate to Actions pull-down menu in the middle of the window.

To access Axiom system logs
- Log on to the Axiom Storage Manager GUI.
- Click the Support button and then select Collect System Information under the Tools menu on the left.
- From the Actions pull-down menu in the bottom-middle of the window, select Collect System Information.
- Select the desired items from the Collection Scope list. Collecting system information can take several minutes depending on the items selected.
- After collection of system information completes, select Download Information to Client from the Actions pull-down menu and select the location to save the System Information. (It will be a tar file.)
