Changes related to VxVM

Following new changes are introduced to VxVM.

All the logs in /var/log/vx folder are generated by VxVM processes. The tunable can be enabled or disabled using "vxtune" command. The default value is disabled. If it is enabled, VxVM process writes logs with extra information which is time stamped in YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.mmm+hhmm format followed by the hostname in FQDN format, and then followed by the log statement.
