Hitachi NAS plug-in configuration parameters

The following parameters are required for configuring the Hitachi NAS plug-in.

Parameter

Description

Plug-in ID

Provide a name for the plug-in.

NAS Manager Server IP / FQDN

The array's NAS Manager Server or REST Server IP address, in either IPV4 or The Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN).

Port

Port number of the REST API server.

User name

The Hitachi user account that has the permissions to invoke the Hitachi NAS REST APIs to perform all snapshot operations on the array.

Password

The password of the Hitachi NAS REST API user account specified earlier.
