When an account gets locked because incorrect login attempts were exceeded, log in from GUI fails even though unlock time is exceeded
When GUI attempts to check a locked account it refers to a list of failed lock entries. These entries are cleared after unlock time only after a successful SSH login to the host.

Workaround:
After unlock time, log in successfully to the node using SSH. After successful SSH login, you can log in from the GUI.
