Overview

If you are upgrading to v10.5 and later, you must also upgrade Oracle. Therefore, upgrading from versions lower than 10.5 is a two-step process that involves:

  1. Upgrade the Oracle Database Application Binaries to19c. See Upgrade the Oracle database application binaries to19c (Windows).

  2. Upgrade APTARE IT Analytics Portal. See Upgrade APTARE IT Analytics Portal.
