Occasionally, there may be data that was missed by the scheduled Data Collection process. For example, the server may have been unavailable for a period of time. Or, you may want to capture data that was available before you actually installed the Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) Data Collector software.
Set Advanced Parameter RMAN_BACKUP_LOOKBACK_DAYS=# days to load (from current day).
Set Advanced Parameter RMAN_BACKUP_LOOKBACK_OVERRIDE=Y.
Note:
For more information on RMAN_BACKUP_LOOKBACK_OVERRIDE and RMAN_BACKUP_LOOKBACK_DAYS, see APTARE IT Analytics User Guide >> Customizing with Advance Parameter section.
Navigate to
> > .Select the Oracle RMAN Data Collection policy and click
.You can also wait for the scheduled collection to complete.
Reset RMAN_BACKUP_LOOKBACK_DAYS and RMAN_BACKUP_LOOKBACK_OVERRIDE to their original values (or the default values) once the Collection Run is complete. Do not delete the advanced parameters.
