Using Resiliency Platform Data Mover for recovery to vCloud- an overview

The following is a summary of the steps that are required to configure and protect your assets for recovery in vCloud and where to go for more information on each step.

Deploy the appropriate Resiliency Platform virtual appliances for the following components:

  • In cloud: Resiliency Manager, IMS, and Replication Gateway

    If you have multiple virtual data centers, deploy Resiliency Manager and IMS in one virtual data center and only IMS in rest of the virtual data centers.

  • On-premises: IMS and Replication Gateway
