Bringing the service group online
Perform the following steps to bring the service group online from the VCS Java or Web Console.
To bring a service group online from the Java Console
- In the Cluster Explorer configuration tree, select the SQL service group to be taken online.
- Right-click the service group name, and select Enable Resources. This enables all resources in the service group.
- Right-click the service group name, and select the system on which to enable the service group. (Right-click > Enable > system_name or Right-click > Enable > All)
- Save your configuration (File > Close Configuration).
- Right-click the service group and select to online the service group on the system. (Right-click > Online > system_name)
