About reports
After installing Enterprise Vault Usage Analyzer (EVUA), new reports are generated. These reports are stored locally within the environment and are not transmitted externally. There are two types of reports:
: Presented as an HTML page, this report outlines the summary of entitlements and the actual usage of SKUs, features, and license files. The report includes an alert at the top if over-usage is detected and provides a link for downloading the detailed report.
: This Excel workbook offers comprehensive information about the archives and users counted against the entitlements.
