Support for attaching multiple Secondaries without data resynchronization for VVR migrate Primary and VCS switch operations
VVR is updated to proceed with a migrate operation in case of multiple Secondaries after verify that the data on all the sites is up-to-date.
The following changes are made to enable this feature:
A new flag, -attachallsites, is added to the vxrds migrate command.
A new integer attribute, AttachAllSites, is added to the RVGPrimary agent which is associated with the flag.
