Report Server web page does not show the Enterprise Vault folder
Problem: The Veritas Enterprise Vault folder is not visible on the SQL Server Reporting Services Report Server web page.
Cause: The user account may not belong to the correct SSRS role.
Resolution: Do as follows:
- Clear your Internet Explorer browser cache.
- Log in again to the SQL Server Reporting Services Report Server.
- Click the Properties tab and on the Security page make sure that the user account is added to the SQL Server Reporting Services Enterprise Vault Browser role.
