"Reporting Configuration Utility is unable to copy file..." message
Symptoms: The Reporting Configuration utility displays a message similar to the following:
Reporting Configuration Utility is unable to copy file "source_file_path" To "destination_file_path" Please copy file manually after configuration ends.
Cause: Enterprise Vault was unable to copy a file such as EVRT.dll
to the required location during the configuration. The problem is usually because the file is locked.
Resolution: When the configuration has finished, copy the indicated file to the specified destination location.
If you cannot copy the file because it is still locked, use the MMC Services snap-in to restart the SQL Server Reporting Services service, and then try again
