Explanation: There is a problem in bucket listing during policy creation, during backup, or recovery.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Ensure that the backup host or recovery host has connectivity to the cloud endpoint.
Ensure that the COSP account has valid credentials.
Ensure that the bucket or container exists and the provided credentials have the required permissions to access them.
