This command exists under the Main > Manage > Storage view. The Create command lets you create the following:

  • Standard Share

  • Optimized Share

  • Optimized Share Reserve

OPTIONS

Create Share Standard

Use this command to create a standard share. A wizard guides you through the creation process.

Create Share Optimized

Use this command to create an optimized share. A wizard guides you through the creation process.

Note:

If you have not created the optimized share reserve, the command prompts you to create it before you create the first optimized share.

Create OptimizedShareReserve

Use this command to create the optimized share reserve.
