SYNOPSIS
DESCRIPTION
Use this command to do the following:
Administer Fibre Transport for SAN client backups and restores
Administer Fibre Transport for duplication to another appliance
Administer Fibre Transport for duplication on this appliance as a target host
Note:
To use this appliance as a target host, you must enable the NBUAppliances service on the source host(s). To enable that service, log on to the source appliance, and run the Main > Settings> FibreTransport NBUAppliances Enable command from the NetBackup Appliance Shell Menu.
Note:
You must restart the appliances in the FC zone if you have caused the physical state of a port in the zone to change by disabling or enabling this appliance as a target host for data duplication.
