Uninstalling the Compliance Accelerator client from a shared location may prevent other users from starting the client
If a user uninstalls the Compliance Accelerator client from the same shared location to which other users have installed the client, these users may no longer be able to start the client. However, they can easily fix the problem by performing a repair installation of their Compliance Accelerator clients.
To perform a repair installation of the Compliance Accelerator client
- On each computer where you want to perform the repair installation, start Control Panel.
- Double-click the Add or Remove Programs applet.
- Find and click Veritas Enterprise Vault Compliance Accelerator Client in the list of installed programs.
- Click the Click here for support information hyperlink.
- Click Repair, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
