Add new MySQL credentials

You can add a new credential to an instance at the time of its creation. See Manage credentials for an instance.

To add new MySQL credentials

  1. On left, click Credential management.
  2. On the Named credentials tab, click Add.
  3. Provide Credential name, tag, and Description.

    Note:

    Credential name should not contain a % character.

  4. Click Next.
  5. Select MySQL server from the Category drop-down.
  6. Enter Instance username and Instance user password and click Next.
  7. On the Permissions page, click Add.
  8. Select role and permissions.
  9. Click Save > Next.
  10. Review and click Finish.

Note:

You can Edit or Delete the added credentials.
