Capture historic Cohesity DataProtect events on-demand

The on-demand data collection for Cohesity DataProtect Collectors is enhanced to capture historic events. The Run Cohesity DataProtect Collection window now provides an option to perform Historic Collection of events that occurred between a specified duration. While the collection from historic events is in progress, the UI for Scheduled Collection remains disabled.
