Deleting log packages

You can delete the generated log packages from the cluster.

To delete log packages:

  1. Sign in to the Access Appliance UI using the following URL:

    http://console-ip:14161

    where console-ip is the management console IP address where the web interface is hosted..

  2. In the left pane, click Settings > Diagnostics.

    A list of log packages is displayed.

  3. To delete a log package, select the log package and click Delete.
  4. When prompted for confirmation click Continue.

    A notification is displayed on the top of the page. To monitor the progress, click View details. The log packages is deleted from the /log/support_logs directory. After the log package is deleted successfully a notification is displayed on the top of the page.
