SYNOPSIS
RAID Clear
DESCRIPTION
The RAID command is available on a 3340 appliance only when it is newly out-of-box or has been re-imaged or factory reset.
Use the RAID Clear command to remove external RAID storage that includes only the LUNs and volume groups. The RAID Clear command is available for a node that is not a part of the cluster. You cannot run this command on a cluster node.
OPTIONS
- RAID Clear
This command removes all data on the storage and resets the disk RAID configuration. It also reassigns all the hot spare disks. The RAID volume groups are completely cleared out and then re-created. The complete operation results in an initialization overhead.
