The agent on Linux host that was hosted on Azure and VMware failed after upgrading to Veritas Resiliency Platform 10.3.
Description: After upgrading Veritas Resiliency Platform to 10.3, the agent on Linux host that was hosted on Azure and VMware failed with an error "API task timed out."
Workaround:
When the upgrade process is in progress, the XPRTLD service is in the stopped state. Start the service: /opt/VRTSsfmh/adm/xprtldctrl start.
After the service is started, retry the upgrade.
